Introduction

KNUE Biochemistry lab

We are interested in the study of Metastatic cancer cell, Recombination of Human Antibody for clinical and Biomolecular engineering, with a long term goal of developing signal transduction of cancer cell with using transfection & shRNA.

The current focus is

1st. Signal Transduction of Renal cell carcinoma(SNU-333, SNU-482), Breast cancer(MCF-7), Colorectal cancer(SW-480, HCT-116).

2nd. Construction of Recombinat Human Antibody involved in the epigenetic process of Biomolecular engineering for clinical using.
